Creating inspirational designs to suit lifestyle, budget and finding solutions to difficult spaces.
To maximise the full potential of your garden, you can utilise our professional Garden Design Service. Our qualified Designer will show you how to gain the most from the outside area, using all the space and providing movement and flow around your garden.
The design process follows four stages, each of which are priced individually and collected at each stage so you can take the project as far as you would like.
Consultation – For a very small fee our designer will come and view the garden and ask lots of questions regarding what you would like to achieve from it and talk to you openly and freely about their ideas.
Survey – The second visit, if required, is to collate measurements, take photos and gather all relevant information for the scaled drawing.
Sketch Proposal – At this stage, the designer has created the design and illustrated it in an initial drawing to scale. This is a simplified version to discuss before proceeding to the presentation plan.
Presentation Plan – This is the final drawing, which will be presented to you in the form of an A2 technical drawing in a protective cover which will be talked through and explained. It shows all the intricate details of your new garden including elevations and is yours to keep.
Planting Plan – Again, this is a scaled drawing of the areas to be planted. Our designer will run through your wish list as regards to your plants. This will include such things as budget, style and at the same time survey the areas to be planted (if we have not already been working for you). A detailed plan will then be drawn including the location of all the plants, along with their Latin names, quantity needed, size of pot and size at maturity. Louise is able to supply all plants also.
Whether you choose a landscaper of your choice or do the work yourself, the drawing is yours to do as you wish but if you choose Rich Gardens Services to create it for you Louise will over see the project free of charge (normally this would be charged out hourly).
